Third year education students from the University of Mount Union, in Alliance, Ohio, were introduced to ahtove.org and the buffalo trunk. The 29 students worked in groups and examined buffalo artifacts, listened to stories and explanations from Randall and Linwood Tall Bull, and discussed how their own lesson plans would incorporate these resources during their upcoming teaching assignment. They also reviewed lesson plans that were created by the previous year’s UMU students who used ahtove.org and the buffalo trunk artifacts.
